Program Evaluation and Impact Assessment
Public policies and programs, Public and Private Investments, and Activities under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) provide constructive intervention in development process of economies. Policy stances, large investments and CSR are therefore important to be analysed and evaluated for possible socio-economic outcomes on economy and living conditions of people. Similarly while implementing programs, it is important to evaluate them to ensure that the desired outcome is met. Accordingly, concurrent as well as ex-post evaluation of projects and programs of government and donor agencies has become integral part of monitoring system and disbursement of funds. It requires skilful design of evaluation system that is purposeful, impartial and objective in nature. CGDR takes pride in conducting such studies. Some of such studies are listed here.
